How can I return my order if I live outside of the UK?Updated 2 months ago

We do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order. If you are not, returning your order is simple. 

You can return any product bought from thisworks.com in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unopened, undamaged, and free from scratches or marks. To initiate a return, email [email protected] and include your name, address, order number, and reason for return. Send items to This Works / ILG, Unit 2, Space Gatwick, Faraday Way, Crawley, RH10 9BJ. 

Customers outside the UK must arrange and cover the cost of returning products. Please securely wrap your package, and we recommend using a recorded delivery service as we are not responsible for lost returns.
